the location is amazing. i found it very convenient to reach kyobashi station and tokyo station. the staff were friendly too!

The bathroom smelled a bit like urine. I reported it but the cleaning wasn't thorough.

I was very happy with the location. It was really close to kyobashi station and not far from tokyo station. the staff were great and helped with luggage transport to haneda airport! the room was spacious enough for all our luggage, great.

The pillows were not comfortable at all. there also were not many bars nearby for a quick drink. You need to walk quite a distance to ginza.

The room size was smaller than expected, and it felt a bit cramped with luggage. I noticed some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. the pillows were not comfortable. I ended up using a rolled-up towel for support. I would have appreciated more attention to these details, especially considering the price (expensive for what it offers).
