amazing location convenient area friendly staff

the location is amazing. i found it very convenient to reach kyobashi station and tokyo station. the staff were friendly too!

The bathroom smelled a bit like urine. I reported it but the cleaning wasn't thorough.

the standard twin room had comfortable beds. there was sufficient space for luggage storage near the entrance door, and the room included a small desk with a chair. daily cleaning service was provided.

fantastic location and amazing staff!!!

I was very happy with the location. It was really close to kyobashi station and not far from tokyo station. the staff were really nice and helped with luggage transport to haneda airport! the room was spacious enough for all our luggage, great.

The pillows were not comfortable at all. there also were not many bars nearby for a quick drink. You need to walk quite a distance to ginza.

The rooms are quite spacious. It was easy to open three full-sized suitcases at once. the tv functions as a smart tv, so you can play your own shows. i really liked this feature!!!

This hotel is in a very central area. The kyobashi station is only about a five-minute walk. the proximity made getting around very simple! plus, the tokyo station is easily accessible, too.

Okay location, some disappointments

uncomfortable pillows peeling wallpaper

The room size was smaller than expected, and it felt a bit cramped with luggage. I noticed some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. the pillows were not comfortable. I ended up using a rolled-up towel for support. I would have appreciated more attention to these details, especially considering the price (expensive for what it offers).

smoking room small room

The room i had felt quite small for the price i paid. it felt more like an economical hotel than a 4-star hotel. i also didn't realize i was assigned a smoking room when i booked. the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was very unpleasant. i was told a regular room wasn't available.

Location is convenient. I walked to many places from there. The staff helped ship my luggage to my next hotel.

My bathroom floor was like cardboard. The sink design wasnt user friendly.

the location was convenient! walking distance to the station made getting around easy. the staff was helpful and responded quickly to requests. i found the provided amenities to be of high quality, i APPRECIATED the thoughtfulness.

the room felt quite small. limited space made it difficult to unpack and move around comfortably. i also noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture.
